DOCUMENTARY EDUCATOR | 2019 | SIROKI BRIJEG, BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA
In 2016 and 2017 I enrolled in the Mediterranean Film Festival School, where I wrote and edited two narrative films — “Dzudzaniganga” and “On Paper” — on a team of mostly Bosnian students. I was invited to return to the program in 2019 as a documentary educator via the Americorps VISTA program, where I helped found the school’s documentary track and co-lead a team of 10 student filmmakers to produce a documentary short, Upsut — “On the Way.” MFF School holds an extremely special place in my heart!
