I worked in Austin for 11 weeks as a multimedia fellow at The Texas Tribune. As a fellow, I produced and edited a feature story on Texans’ experiences during Winter Storm Uri. I also produced a mini-doc on a local high school’s “banned book club,” and shot footage for both an election series and a documentary on Texas’ foster care system. My final project was designing, coding and animating motion graphic templates on After Effects for social media and breaking news videos.
